Anatomical Targeting Strategies (ATS)
The A.T.S. program was developed to efficiently enhance the effectiveness of the Combat Hapkido self defense system’s arsenal of techniques. As is reflected by the ICHF logo, Combat Hapkido’s A.T.S. design is based upon western science and proven eastern theory (by the Dillman Pressure Point Method). This program could be a stand alone program easily translated to any self defense, martial art, or system, but it is especially geared for use by Combat Hapkido practitioners.
